Throughout the month of July, every gift made to the Endeavor Health Community Health Center (CHC) will be automatically doubled, up to $35,000.
Each year, our CHC team welcomes more than 3,000 uninsured or underinsured patients. We provide them with routine exams, lifesaving immunizations, specialist referrals for cancer, diabetes and other chronic illnesses, counseling, job placement and housing resources, mental health support and more.
When your gift grows, so can the CHC.
Please join your North Shore neighbors with a donation before our match ends on July 31!

Almost all CHC patients fall within 200% of the federal poverty level—an income of about $30,000/year for a single person. The map below of our service area highlights the percentage of people facing poverty within our local communities.
To all our donors, I wish they could meet us, people whose lives they have actually changed. When you give, you are actually saving somebody else’s life by enabling them to receive healthcare. That somebody can impact a whole community. I’m a perfect example of that.”
—Bayar B., Endeavor Health Patient

—Kaitlin Fiori, ANP
Being part of the community is why I became a doctor. Improving both the patient and the community makes medicine rewarding, and the support we get—both personal and financial—makes my work feel worthwhile every day.”
