Announcing Our Community Health Match

Donate by July 31

Throughout the month of July, every gift made to the Endeavor Health Community Health Center (CHC) will be automatically doubled, up to $35,000.

Each year, our CHC team welcomes more than 3,000 uninsured or underinsured patients. We provide them with routine exams, lifesaving immunizations, specialist referrals for cancer, diabetes and other chronic illnesses, counseling, job placement and housing resources, mental health support and more.

When your gift grows, so can the CHC.
Please join your North Shore neighbors with a donation before our match ends on July 31!

Learn more about what makes the CHC so special!

Almost all CHC patients fall within 200% of the federal poverty level—an income of about $30,000/year for a single person. The map below of our service area highlights the percentage of people facing poverty within our local communities.

I want the community to know that we’re here. When patients need a healthcare home, the CHC doors are always open for them. They’re going to feel comfortable. They’re going to feel respected. They’re going to feel our care.”

—Tameka Crump, Practice Manager

At the CHC, our goal is to truly understand what matters to our patients. Clear communication is critical throughout every interaction, especially since roughly 50% of our patients are non-native English speakers.”

—Elizabeth Ward, MD, Associate Medical Director and Primary Care Physician

Even a small donation is really impactful here. Philanthropy has helped us hire another social worker, invest in new technology like a retinal scanner for diabetic eye exams, hand out blood pressure cuffs to patients—the list goes on.”

—Catherine Glunz, MD, Medical Director

As their primary care providers, it’s important for us to know not only our patients’ lab values, not only their imaging results, but also what their day-to-day life looks like. Through these personal connections, we can encourage them to be their own health advocates.”

—Amit Grewal, DO, Resident
