Composed of some seriously passionate young professionals, The Associate Board of Endeavor Health NorthShore Hospitals offers philanthropic, social, educational and volunteer service opportunities for young adults in their 20s and 30s who want to create positive change in our local community.
Since 2003, The Associate Board has raised more than $1.5 million to benefit newborn care in Endeavor Health Evanston Hospital’s Henrietta Johnson Louis Infant Special Care Unit (ISCU) and the Department of Pediatrics. Philanthropy generated by our Board has launched vital patient care programs, supported groundbreaking academic studies, and led to the establishment of The Associate Board Emergency Family Fund—which provides direct support to underserved families through Endeavor Health’s Perinatal Family Support Center.
In addition to advancing Endeavor Health’s mission to help everyone in our communities be their best, our members:

The Associate Board’s 20th Annual Benefit was held on Saturday, November 8, 2025 from 7-11 p.m. at The Field Museum of Natural History. The event was a huge success, raising more than $175,000 for the Henrietta Johnson Louis Infant Special Care Unit, the Department of Pediatrics, the Perinatal Family Support Center, and the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Health at Endeavor Health NorthShore Hospitals.

FAQs
The Associate Board members are asked to:
- Help reach our fundraising goal of $300,000 by 2026
- Pay membership dues of $200 per year
- Attend at least six out of the eight Associate Board meetings annually
- Attend the Annual Benefit (TBD in 2026)
- Notify your company of sponsorship opportunities
- Join an Associate Board committee (Benefit, Corporate Outreach & Membership, Events & Volunteering, and Sponsorship)
- Attend one ISCU/Pediatrics Unit tour (held twice a year)
- Pursue an individual Give-Get Goal of $600 annually, which can be reached through any of the following:
- Benefit ticket sales
- Auction item solicitation
- Other Associate Board event ticket sales
- Individual donations

The Associate Board’s 20th Annual Benefit was held on November 8, 2025, and raised over $175,000 to support Endeavor Health Evanston Hospital’s Henrietta Johnson Louis Infant Special Care Unit (ISCU), the Department of Pediatrics, and the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences. The event included a raffle, silent auction, speakers, games and entertainment.
All proceeds raised from the evening supported projects benefiting families, including the implementation of a program pairing teenage birthing patients with a doula, access to mental health resources for youth and families, the ISCU Reunion Picnic, and more. Proceeds also support the Associate Board Emergency Family Fund, which provides direct help to underserved families.

The Associate Board holds a variety of social events, volunteer days and membership meetings throughout the year. In the past, the Associate Board has hosted Trivia Night, Work Out & Give Back, a Reunion Picnic, a tour of Rhine Hall Distillery and a Holiday Party.
