16th Annual Associate Board Benefit
Optional Dinner Packages
Enhance your Associate Board Benefit experience and enjoy a delicous, three-course meal curated by Wildfire Restaurant!
Your choice of dinner entree for one or two people as well as an add-on bottle of wine (choice of cabernet or chardonnay) if desired! All taxes, fees, and tip are included as well as a $15 donation and free raffle tickets!
Dinner packages are prepared by Wildfire restaurants and can be picked up (no reheating necessary!) on Saturday, March 6, 2021 before The Associate Board's Virtual Benefit at a variety of Chicagoland locations (Chicago, Glenview, Lincolnshire, Schaumburg, or Oak Brook).
All orders must be received by 11:59 p.m. (CT) on Wednesday, March 3, 2021.
Choice of entree:
- Lemon-Pepper Chicken Breast
- Cedar-Planked Salmon
- Vegetarian Chopped Salad with citrus lime vinaigrette
All packages include:
- Field green salad with balsamic vinaigrette
- Redskin mashed potatoes
- Balsamic-roasted vegetables
- Homemade cornbread
- Flourless chocolate cake
- All taxes, fees, and tip
- One or two raffle tickets (one raffle ticket per person in package)
- $15 donation supporting the Infant Special Care Unit and Department of Pediatrics

All orders must be received by 11:59 p.m. (CT) on Wednesday, March 3, 2021.
Please also consider purchasing your tickets, purchasing raffle tickets or making a donation to support the Department of Pediatrics and Henrietta Johnson Louis Infant Special Care Unit (ISCU) at NorthShore Evanston Hospital.
