The Auxiliary's Annual Appeal Supporting NorthShore Kellogg Cancer Center
We are so grateful for the generous support of friends, neighbors and donors like you who respond to The Auxiliary’s annual appeal. This fundraising effort has evolved into a very successful yearly fundraising campaign that has benefited NorthShore Highland Park Hospital in many ways. You, our generous donors, have made this success possible.
As members of The Auxiliary, we are passionate about our ninety year history in support of NorthShore Highland Park Hospital. For the next two years, we will be devoting our fundraising efforts to three separate projects, each benefiting NorthShore Kellogg Cancer Center at Highland Park Hospital.
- The first project will allow NorthShore Kellogg Cancer Center to expand its clinical research efforts, providing even more patients the opportunity to benefit from new diagnostic tools and therapies.
- We are also raising funds to give collaborative nursing staff the opportunity to participate in seminars, symposiums and lectures to ensure the latest treatment and techniques are available to patients.
- Lastly, funds raised will enable the purchase of an ultrasound imaging device to improve placement of IV lines for cancer patients, resulting in an improved patient experience.
NorthShore Kellogg Cancer Center was established in 1981 with a philanthropic gift from the Kellogg family in appreciation for the care that they received at NorthShore University HealthSystem. Philanthropy continues to help make a difference in patient’s lives and in your community. Please consider making a donation to The Auxiliary as we continue this legacy of supporting excellence at NorthShore Kellogg Cancer Center.
